Avery Dennison's RFID division's Antenna Design Center in Great Baddow, UK, the Applications Testing Center in Flowery Branch, GA and the Manufacturing facility in Clinton, SC have all been successfully registered to ISO9001:2000 on their first attempt. The auditors from Underwriters' Laboratories were thoroughly impressed with the "maturity of the Quality Management System", claiming that it was more like a system that has been active for 5 years. 

SatiStar achieves a perfect score on our recent ISO9000 audit by UL, who found that the QSi-based electronic workflow system greatly simplifies all of our work processes.

"An outstanding success with Motorola's vendor audit!" Bob Cornick, VP/GM proclaimed that what made this an exceptional achievement is that it typically takes 4 to 5 attempts to pass this audit. SatiStar's expertise made it easy to avoid all the extra attempts.

The process reengineering of United Conveyor Corporation (India) has been completed, and to help sustain the gains UCCI has been registered to ISO9001:2000.  The auditors from UL issued no action requests during their 8-day intensive audit . . . an extremely rare occurrence to get a perfect score!

 

 

  

A complete reengineering of all key business processes for Avery's RFID division has been completed, and SatiStar's team has fully automated the new workflow with our customized QSi product.  Scott Matula, VP, Technology and Supply Chain was delighted with the results, saying that "we started this process a year ago with Mickey helping us create a spaghetti map of our processes on the whiteboard, and then his team guided us through their streamlining methodology and got us to where we are today.  Our processes now look nothing like the spaghetti map - and we're much more efficient today".
