Presentation and Leadership Skills

Overview

These courses are designed to provide participants with the fundamental skills necessary for them to become highly effective trainers for internal company employees. A key outcome of these courses is the development of the trainee’s presentation skills, enabling instructors/supervisors to communicate more effectively in their jobs. These courses are primarily targeted at anyone who is in the position of training employees for business process improvement. Others who may consider attending include anyone who wishes to significantly improve presentation skills.
